PHP Revisions to HIPAA Policies & Procedures ORDER FORM

The 2010 revisions to HIPAA Policies & Procedures are now available for purchase.  These packets are for members that have purchased the Privacy Policy and Procedure Manual before March 2010.  Privacy Manuals purchased after March 2010 have all the revisions and do not need this revision packet.

A mass mailing is planned, so please order by May 31, 2010.  Packets will be sent out by June 10, 2010.  Before ordering, please check your current PHP HIPAA Privacy Manual to ensure it already has the updates listed below from 2005 & 2008.  The creation date is printed on the last page of each document, on the left hand side, near the bottom.  If the forms listed below do not have the most current version, then these can be ordered as well.  The 2010 revision packet DOES NOT contain revisions from prior years.
